The rules, in plain English.

What you pay

• Setup: $499, once, to design, build and publish your website.
• Yearly plan: $240 a year after launch, paid a year in advance.
• Extras: fixed prices from our extras menu, agreed before we start.
• All prices are in Australian dollars. We're not registered for GST, so no GST is added.

What you give us

You supply your own words, photos, logo and service details. By sending them to us, you confirm you have the right to use them on your website.

Changes before launch

Your setup includes one round of design changes before the site goes live. Send all your changes together and we'll make them in one go.

Changes after launch

Your yearly plan includes one small content update a year: up to 30 minutes of changes, sent to us together in one batch. More changes are welcome and are charged at the extras prices. Hosting and maintenance don't include unlimited edits.

Hosting, maintenance and support

We host your site, keep it secure, monitor it and keep backups. We offer reasonable support during business hours and usually reply within one or two business days. We can't promise 24/7 availability or instant emergency fixes, and we rely on third-party hosting providers that can occasionally have outages.

You own your stuff

Your domain name is registered for your business, and you own it. You also own the content you gave us. If you leave, we'll help you transfer your domain and give you your website's files, with no unreasonable exit fee.

If a renewal isn't paid

We'll remind you before your yearly plan is due. If it stays unpaid after that, we may take the website offline until it's sorted, and we'll still help you move your domain if you'd rather go elsewhere.

What's not included

• Online shops, booking or appointment systems and custom integrations
• Email mailboxes and other third-party subscriptions
• Advertising, ongoing SEO campaigns and premium features

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page. Changes won't affect a plan you've already paid for until it's due for renewal.
